BREL Facades
Your Trusted External Building Envelope Specialist
BREL Facades began in 2013 under the name Green House Developers, specialising in External Wall Insulation. The company quickly built a reputation for solid delivery, technical knowhow and dependable service. As demand increased, BREL Facades expanded into cladding, curtain walling and glazing.

What started as a specialist installer is now a full building envelope contractor. BREL Facades delivers rainscreen cladding, metal roofing, flat roofing, glazing, insulation, brickwork and more. The company also acts as Principal Contractor, managing projects from design to final handover.

In 2022, BREL Facades opened a Liverpool office to support growing demand in the North West, complementing its long-standing presence in London and the South East. The company now operates across England and Wales.

BREL Facades offers in-house design capabilities backed by £10 million Professional Indemnity Insurance. With experience delivering government-funded projects subject to strict compliance standards, the company understands the regulatory and commercial pressures faced by clients.
​
We also have extensive experience working as a subcontractor for some of the largest and most demanding Tier 1 Main Contractors in the industry. This background has instilled a deep-rooted culture of health and safety and a commitment to rigorous quality assurance that defines the way every project is delivered.

The team has processed applications to the Building Safety Regulator and delivered remediation projects in line with the requirements for EWS1 forms. Projects are backed by collateral warranties and performance bonds tailored to suit client and funder needs.

To date, BREL Facades has delivered over 200 subcontract packages, 20 principal contractor schemes and 4 new build developments. The company’s portfolio spans hospitality, education, residential and commercial sectors.

BREL Facades holds a wide range of industry accreditations including SWIGA, SSIP, FIRAS, Constructionline, ISO, Acclaim, Warrington Fire and Considerate Constructors. It is also an approved installer and partner to the UK’s leading façade system manufacturers.
