Principal Contractor

We are a highly experienced Principal Contractor with a specialist background in cladding. Having worked exclusively in the façade and cladding sector for over 12 years, our roots lie in delivering complex envelope packages as a subcontractor. This deep technical expertise has shaped our evolution into one of the most experienced cladding remediation contractors in the country.

We were involved in one of the first five projects funded by the Building Safety Fund, placing us at the forefront of the sector from its inception. More recently, we were proud to deliver one of the first projects in the UK to gain full approval from the Building Safety Regulator under the new gateway regime.

Our move into Principal Contracting was a natural progression driven by market demand. Cladding remediation projects typically involve a single, high-risk package delivered on occupied buildings, where the success of the entire project rests heavily on the performance and knowledge of the cladding contractor. In many cases, traditional main contractors added limited value to this specific scope and often relied entirely on the façade specialist for technical guidance and delivery. Recognising this, we developed a comprehensive, one-stop-shop offering that brings together design, project management, and installation under one roof.

We are able to act as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under CDM and Building Regulations, supported by our in-house design team and nationwide operations through our London and Liverpool offices. We deliver projects under a variety of procurement routes including Design and Build, Traditional, Intermediate, and PCSA agreements.

When acting as Principal Contractor, we prioritise three things above all else: Health and Safety, Quality, and Resident Liaison. Our sites are run to the highest safety standards, our workmanship is underpinned by rigorous quality controls, and we place great emphasis on clear, respectful communication with residents throughout every stage of the works.

Moblery Leisure Centre is a completed project consisting of replacement of combustible insulation.

109 The Circle is a residential complex comprising of three residential blocks. The works for this project consists of replacement of rainscreen cladding, insulated render, spandrel panels and decking.
